HOUSTON, Feb 8 (Reuters) -Motiva Enterprises MOTIV.UL completed restarting the large crude distillation unit (CDU) at its 626,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) Port Arthur, Texas, refinery, the nation's largest, on Thursday, said people familiar with plant operations.
