Paul Bjacek, Global Service Line Lead, Worley Consulting is responsible for managing the Worley Consulting petroleum coke group as well as other multi-client reports and software services offered by Advisian, including the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly© (PCQ), Calcined Petroleum Coke  Subscription Service , Coal Tar Perspective, annual Petcoke Conferences, and single-client fuel-grade and calcined petroleum coke studies. Paul has over 30 years' experience in the chemicals and energy businesses. He was previously associated with Accenture, where he led thought leadership for all industries/functions in North America and Chemicals & Natural resources, globally. Prior to that role he served as World Petrochemical Director at SRI Consulting (now part of S&P) and led business research and analysis at Chevron. He frequently writes, presents and consults on strategic industry issues.

Ben Ziesmer

Ben Ziesmer is responsible for preparation of Worley Consulting's Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly© (PCQ), with in-depth background in the power sector, including experience in procurement, operations, environmental compliance, and engineering. He has been the project manager for numerous studies involving the fuel grade petroleum coke market including Worley Consulting's High Sulfur Petroleum Coke Study.

Alisa Allen

Alisa Allen is the Senior Consultant responsible for managing Worley Consulting's global calcined petroleum coke (CPC) services. As such, she and the Worley Consulting team partner with international and domestic clients to develop strategic business solutions that assist companies in successfully achieving key business initiatives. In addition to business solutions, the team provides global market intelligence to the industry via multi-client studies, single-client studies, international conferences, and training workshops/seminars. The team specializes in analyzing calcined petroleum coke and calcinable-grade green petroleum coke supply/demand trends, import/export trade patterns, and pricing trends. Pedro Mackay

Pedro has over 25 years of experience working in various energy-related fields such as oil exploration, solid fuel purchasing and trading including petroleum coke and coal, ocean freight chartering, consulting in the petroleum coke industry, and raw materials purchasing in the coke calcining industry. Through his career, Pedro has held responsibilities focused on purchasing and supply chain aspects related to solid fuels for cement plants and raw materials for calciners, solid fuel trading, ocean shipping, and consulting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in International Management from Thunderbird. Pedro is a contributing author to Worley Consulting's flagship publication the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly© (PCQ).

Amanda Barela

Amanda Barela is an experienced market research consultant with over 15 years of comprehensive Petroleum, Chemicals and Energy sectors across the globe. Her long-term market outlooks and strategies guide organizations in their capital planning efforts. Amanda specializes in analyzing calcined petroleum coke and calcinable-grade green petroleum, supply/demand trends, import/export trade patterns, and pricing trends.

Vashdev is a contributing author for the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly© (PCQ) and the Calcined Petroleum Coke Subscription Service. His other responsibilities include developing and maintaining  information resources and databases relating to calcinable grade green petroleum coke, calcined petroleum coke, and primary aluminum; and contributing articles for Petroleum Coke News Updates. Additionally, he provides support for petroleum coke related single-client assignments.

Holger Dewald

(European Representative)

Specializing in all aspects of fuel-grade, anode-grade, calcined petroleum coke and coal tar pitch in European, Middle Eastern, and other markets. Prior to joining Worley Consulting, Mr. Dewald worked in the long range planning department (desulfurization studies for distillate) at Esso-Karlsruhe, refinery expansion projects at Exxon Research, and coke marketing for Esso Europe.

Rituraj Jha

Rituraj Jha is an experienced analyst in Worley Consulting’s Market Services team based in Mumbai and is a contributing author for Worley Consulting’s Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly© (PCQ), Calcined Petroleum Coke Report© (CPC) and Coal Tar Perspective (CTP). He is responsible for customer outreach and business development for the petroleum coke team in India. Rituraj is a Chemical Engineer from one of India’s top engineering college, with a specialization in Petroleum Refining and Gas Processing.

Annie Nguyen

Annie Nguyen is a consultant and is a key contributor to Worley Consulting's flagship publications, the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly © (PCQ) and the Calcined Petroleum Coke Report© (CPC). She follows and analyzes green and calcined petroleum coke export and import trade patterns. Prior to joining the Carbon Group, Annie worked in the Quality Department and was a Facilities Manager for a large major capital project.
