With some 70 tankers waiting in ports, PDVSA says operations are normal

Despite the long line of vessels anchored in the Caribbean sea that can been seen front the road in front of the port of Jose, near Puerto La Cruz in the North East coast of Venezuela, Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA on Friday said its loading operations were normal at its main oil port, adding it had provided "uninterrupted" services to an average of 56 tankers per month, Reuters reported.
