BP Whiting petcoke going to Kentucky, Virginia

WHITING — The BP Whiting Refinery is generating three times as much petcoke — a petroleum refinery byproduct — now that it's processing more heavy crude from the Canadian oil sands, but it's no longer staying in Northwest Indiana.
