By Conrad PrabhuMUSCAT: International engineering firms are lining up to bid for a contract to provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services to Oman Oil Refineries & Petroleum Industries Co. (Orpic), the Sultanate's refining and petrochemicals flagship, for a major petroleum coke (petcoke) handling and storage facility proposed by the state-owned refiner at its Sohar Refinery complex.
