UPDATE 2-Wood River refinery shuts units after tower collapse; market unfazed

A cooling tower at Phillips 66 Wood River refinery in Illinois has collapsed, forcing the plant to shut one gasoline-making unit and run a second one at reduced rates, a source familiar with plant operations said Wednesday.
