HeidelbergCement to accelerate growth with the acquisition of Italcementi

HeidelbergCement AG (“HeidelbergCement”) today announced that it has entered into a purchase agreement (the “Stock Purchase Agreement”) with Italmobiliare S.p.A. about the acquisition of a 45% shareholding in Italcementi S.p.A (“Italcementi”). The purchase price amounts to €10.60 per Italcementi share.
