KOCHI: In a move that could stir up a tussle, the state government has issued an order taking back 150 acres of FACT land at Ambalamugal for starting the 500-MW petroleum coke (petcoke) project under the condition that the loss-making fertiliser PSU can enjoy the freedom to use the remaining land for joint ventures and other state and Central Government projects.
