Yunlin County boss under fire over Formosa Plastics Group (FPG) meeting - permits for burning petrol

The Yunlin County Government has come under fire from environmental activists over “opaque” discussions with the Formosa Plastics Group (FPG) on Friday last week regarding the future of several power plants in the nation’s sixth naphtha cracker complex as its permits for burning petroleum coke and coal are set to expire in June.
