As carried LIVE on LBREPORT.com, the City Council's Federal Legislation Committee (chair Richardson, vice chair Mungo, member Gonzalez) voted 3-0 on Jan. 6 to recommend Council approval of a Federal Legislative Agenda (general policies the City will follow in 2015 in advocacy/lobbying in DC) that includes support federal legislation to require that petroleum coke or other polluting items are covered during transportation.
