Peters says pet coke, pipeline may be part of debate

WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Gary Peters of Michigan said this morning he may inject two items of interest to the state into this week's debate over the future of the Keystone XL pipeline — health concerns related to petroleum coke and the safety of a pipeline under the Straits of Mackinac.
