Brazil OKs Holcim-Lafarge Merger With Fixes

Brazil’s competition watchdog on Wednesday approved the megamerger of European cement makers Holcim Ltd. andLafarge SA on the condition that the companies divest plants in two states, joining global regulators ordering sell-offs from the newly combined company with a market value above $50 billion.
