Continued Expansion At Wood River Refinery

The continued expansion at the Phillips 66 Wood River Refinery means more jobs for union construction workers over the next year and a half.  The bulk of the Coker and Refinery Expansion project wrapped up in 2011, but a continuation of the project would likely mean a resumption of construction work early next year, pending IEPA approval.
