Venezuela says Petrocedeno upgrader maintenance to start Oct 27

CARACAS Oct 13 (Reuters) - Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA will begin maintenance on the Petrocedeno heavy crude upgrader on Oct. 27, later than planned, the company said in a statement on Monday.
