Mumbai: Indian Oil Corp. Ltd, India’s largest oil marketer, said it may merge with Chennai Petroleum Corp., which would make it the single biggest refining company in India. Indian Oil has a refining capacity of 54.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa).
