DEQ prepares draft permit for Holcim Inc.

The Department of Environmental Quality has prepared a draft permit for Holcim Inc. to construct a project to modernize the existing cement kiln at the Holcim Ada Portland Cement Production Plant, 14500 County Road 1550 in Ada.
