Med Crude-Urals weakens in the Med, Achinsk refinery to restart

Russian Urals crude weakened on Thursday in the Mediterranean, catching up with much weaker prices in the Baltic, showing that appetite from refiners remains muted despite strong refining margins and an expected rise in Russian domestic refining.
