This is in response to "Petcoke firm threatens lawsuit over city rules; Company seeks to delay storage sheds until 2018, raise height limits on piles" (News, July 25), about our efforts to comply with Chicago's new rules for handling petcoke. We have committed to working with the city and following its procedures.
