Koch Industries says Chicago Tribune mischaracterized intentions in lawsuit story

Koch Industries is refuting a Chicago Tribune story, saying the article’s author mischaracterized the company’s intentions when in saying that a Koch subsidiary was threatening a lawsuit related to new rules in Chicago on the handling of petroleum coke.
