The complete reconstruction of the plant "Devnia cement" (part of "Italcementi Group Bulgaria"), which began in the summer of 2012, should be completed by the end of September. This became clear during the visit of the Minister of Economy and Energy Dragomir Stoynev in Devnia month ago.
