Sinochem commissions Quanzhou refining complex

Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinochem Group, has commissioned its 240,000-b/d refining complex at Quanzhou in southern Fujian Province, China.
