Dozens tell DEQ to deny pet coke permit for River Rouge/Ecorse site

DEQ representatives say they expect to make a final decision in about a month on whether to grant a permit to Detroit Bulk Storage to store petroleum coke, or pet coke, at 530 E. Great Lakes St. in River Rouge. Part of the proposed storage site lies in Ecorse.
