Russia's refinery runs down 6.1 pct in April from March

Russian oil refinery runs in April fell month-on-month by 6.1 percent, or 355,496 barrels per day (bpd), data from the Energy Ministry and Reuters showed, due to ongoing seasonal maintenance.
