The company plans to build an aluminium smelter worth $1.2 billion with a capacity of 250,000 tonnes per year and a 500 megawatt steam power plant worth $700 million. The firm expects production capacity to reach 400,000 tonnes per year in 2018 and 500,000 tonnes by 2019, up from a targeted output of 260,000 tonnes this year. (Investor Daily)
