Inalum and Antam to build USD 1.7 billion smelter

The Jakarta Post reporetd that PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Inalum) and publicly listed state owned diversified miner PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) plan to construct an alumina smelter with a total investment of USD 1.7 billion in Mempawah, West Kalimantan.
