China's Steel Province Not Cutting Output Capacity Fast Enough -Executive

Current Chinese government efforts to eliminate outdated steel output capacity in Hebei province aren't sufficient, as the addition of new capacity outpaces the elimination of old capacity, a senior official with a unit of Hebei Iron and Steel Group said Wednesday.
